Is ordering online safe?
When you complete your purchase, your personal information, including credit card details, is protected by industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This encrypts all data transfers between your browser and our server. If you are concerned we will accept telephone orders and faxed orders.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit. Maestro/Switch and American Express.
How do I remove a product from my basket?
The "Quick basket" feature near the top left of your screen shows what you are buying at a glance. You can amend quantities or remove an item from your basket by clicking on "My Basket" selecting "Remove" and "Update Quantities".

Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all our prices are VAT inclusive.
Do you price match?
Not as a rule.
When do you take payment?
Your card will only be charged when your items are ready to ship. Please note that a "pre-authorisation" has been performed to validate your card details. This is a standard banking procedure that involves charging, then immediately refunding 1 pound to your card. This process ensures that your card details, address and security code are valid, but does not actually take the money from your account. We will only take the money when your order is ready to be shipped.
In the majority of cases, this transaction will not appear on your statement, however in some instances the bank will reserve the pre-auth amount for up to 6 days, meaning that it can appear as though a further payment has been taken. In all cases, the reserved amount will return to your account within 6 days when the pre-auth expires.
