It is brilliant and I kneaded 1kg of bread dough this afternoon and it didn't mind at all!

I had some problems getting the colour I wanted, but Kim kept me updated regularly with progress. Eventuall I had to go with a different colour, but I still loved it! After a week or two it was clear that the mixer was not working properly. I contacted Wheesh and the arranged or collection THAT DAY!!! My new mixer arrived a couple of days later! Now that is what I call customer service!! Thank you!

We received this as an early wedding present and it is fantastic! The 'boysenberry' was out of stock initially, but the customer service was amazing. Exceptionally quick delivery too. Would definitely buy from here in the future.

We ordered an Artisan mixer in Empire Red as a wedding present to ourselves, it arrived extremely quickly (ordered Monday night, arrived Wednesday) and it's beautiful! Well packed, and the free gift of a cast iron casserole dish was very welcome and is a lovely product. We haven't used the mixer yet but I think a cake is on the horizon very soon. Thanks Wheesh! :)

First class service from Wheesh. Never used them before, but following some good reviews and the offer of a free electric chopper, I decided to order my KitchenAid Artisan mixer from them. Hassle free ordering process. Ordered by phone and the lady who took my order was very pleasant indeed. Mixer ordered Monday, arrived here Tuesday lunchtime. Would definitely use again - when I go back to buy the ice cream attachment for the mixer!! Well done Wheesh!!!!

I purchased a gorgeous electric blue Artisan mixer the week before Christmas, it was a bit last minute and I thought that I wouldn't be able to find one in stock in the unusual colour and with pre Christmas delivery. Found the Wheesh site and saw that it was in stock and they could do next day delivery but I had some questions about the unit so I called up and spoke to someone (sorry I've forgotten your name!) who was incredibly helpful and was able to answer every one of my questions. There is also the offer of a free gift which weren't suitable for me so they offered an equivalent that was useful to me. I will not only recommend this company but also seem to find myself looking for excuses to buy more from them!! THANK YOU!!

We got the candy apple red stand mixer yesterday and have already mixed cookie dough and whipped cream with it. It works perfectly and the colour is the most wonderful one we've ever seen! We had great communication and service from Wheesh too. Thanks for everything!

We have been shopping around with regards to purchasing this product. Found Wheesh on the net and they have a showroom close by so we went to view the various colours which they had all but one. Very friendly and helpful sales staff. They offered a free electric hand blender to take with you on purchase including tea towel, apron and utensils. A super red Kitchenaid utensils offer which arrived 4 days after sending proof of purchase, and am awaiting free Kitchenaid cookbook. All in all a great deal. Have used the mixer so far to knead flour and have made several loafs and a cake. Just experimenting at present as I know how good these mixers are having close friends who have them. Chose the caviar black model with polished stainless mixing bowl. The whole unit looks great and sparkles! All in all, chuffed to bits, and I believe the Wheesh deal is the best around at present. Highly recommend them.

I have today received my Raspberry Ice KitchenAid mixer. I nearly cried with happiness when we opened it - it's stunning! I have already made a Victoria sponge and it's the most beautiful cake I've ever eaten. I ordered my KitchenAid on Wednesday of last week so to receive it today is fantastic. Having seen the Artisan on many a chefs work bench, I wanted one! Shopped around and spoke to Mike at Wheesh. Ordered at 1.30pm and it arrived next day before 9am and he included free gift. I was most impressed and would highly recommend. Hard to find a firm these days that more than exceeds expectations. I will be down for the great muffin bake off!!!

I post earlier about the exceptional service I'd received from Wheesh, but now I've lived with the mixer for a few months and I have to say I'm disappointed with it. There is always an unmixed portion at the bottom of the bowl (as if the attachment is set too high), and the whisk and blender attachments don't make enough contact with the sides of the bowl so I am forever stopping it to scrape down the sides. I also find taking off a food covered whisk attachment a tricky and messy job. I am also surpised how noisy it is - considering it says silent on the box, mine makes a racket. Quite frankly I prefer my electric hand whisk. On the upside however, it makes very voluminous meringues! NOTE FROM WHEESH - If the attachments are not reaching low enough on the bowl there is an adjustment screw to lower the whisk etc. Please see page 7 of the instruction manual

Love my Kitchenaid Artisan - Boysenberry. Tried it out with numerous things so far as also slowly building up the attachments. The speed of delivery from Wheesh is excellent - usually next day and I have gone on to place more orders with them and will continue to do so

This was a wedding present for my Daughter, she was very pleased with it.

I just received my new mixer - that's in two working days! I haven't tried it out yet but am delighted with Wheesh - I was kept up to day via email from placing my order right through to it arriving on my doorstep. Great packaging too. Well done Wheesh; I don't spend this amount of money every day and I was worried something would go wrong but thankfully it's been a dream come true!

As other reviewers I was extremely impressed with the ease of ordering, the communications received and and the speed of delivery. Within hours of opening the box I was hooked. Made 2 coffee sponges, a Victoria sponge and cupcakes, whipped cream and butter icing, all so effortless and easy. The cakes rose really well - even better than usual and were light and fluffy. Great product worth the money

I am not one for adding reviews but credit due to Wheesh for an absolutely first class service. Placed my order online and within 20 mins i had received 3 E mails with the last one informing me my Kitchenaid mixer had been prepared ready for despatch ! . Now thats what i call service. Needless to say i will be using Wheesh again especially as the deal with free extras meant i got much more for my money even trumping the mighty Amazon who are my normal preferred supplier for most things.

I am just about to purchase my first kitchenaid mixer but spoilt for choice as to what colour to choose. I hope it lives up to my expectations.

It goes without saying that being a Kitchenaid product, the quality of this mixer is first class. It is solid in it's design and is easy to operate. So far it has produced some fabulous results. I can't wait to start buying some attachments! The free Henckels knife was a real bonus too. There is no doubt this is one of the best knives I have ever used. The fact that it was free was a double bonus!
