We are offered a lot of products to test. Receiving another frypan did not get anyody excited even with claims that the mineral based Thermolon Rocks coating is better for the environment and safer to use.
HOWEVER when we did use it, the unanimous decision was that it was the best non-stick surface we've tested.
The pan has good heat distribution, which allows for even cooking, so you can cook well on low to medium temperatures, great for your energy bill and the environment. Plus, it uses the new, advanced Thermolon Rocks non-stick coating, applied in an eco-friendly way that results in lower carbon emissions than usual.
The ceramic coating and the metal handle mean that the Vienna fry pan has no heat restriction in the oven and there is never any risk of flaking, blistering or peeling.
